Special Air Traffic Procedures Sebring Regional Airport, FL
In anticipation of the large number of aircraft operating to and from the Sebring area in conjunction with the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo, there are procedures used to enhance safety and minimize air traffic delays.
NOTAMS for the 2015 Expo will be posted once they become available.
Note: All information is for planning purposes only. Pilots should consult NOTAMs that will be published prior to the event. KSEF traffic will be controlled by AirBoss, Inc. from the period of 9:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.each day.
Expo Aircraft Demonstration Operations
Prior to conducting any demonstration flights, Expo demonstration aircraft pilots must attend a briefing conducted jointly by the Expo Air Operations and AirBoss, Inc. Time and locations to be announced. All demonstration aircraft must be covered by appropriate liability insurance and have the necessary aircraft documents.
Prior to 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. daily, Expo aircraft operations will be conducted on that section of RWY 14-32 that is northwest of the intersection with Taxiway A, under the control of Expo Air Operations.
From 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily, Expo aircraft operations will be conducted under the control of AirBoss, Inc. Special Expo flight patterns will be published.
