Media Registration

Media Registration:

Media representatives can apply for Media Credentials by completing the Media Credential Request Form. Completed forms can be mailed or faxed in using the information provided in the PDF. A new online version of this form is now available. Click on the button below to register online.

Closed until next year

Only Media that have pre-registered will receive Media Credentials, to include complimentary Admission, Media Parking privileges, access to the Media Center during Expo 2015, and an invitation to the Opening Reception. Media credentials are limited to working media representatives only. This does not include family members, colleagues, retirees or those working in sales, advertising, marketing or promotions. A documented finished piece of your final work is requested to be sent to the Expo office within 60 days of the conclusion of the Expo.

To pre-register, kindly complete the Media Credential Request Form online or print out and return to the Expo Office with a copy of your media affiliation.  Pre-registered media will receive a Media Parking Pass in the mail the first week of January, 2015.  Upon arrival to Expo 2015, the Media Parking Pass will allow access to the SRA terminal to claim your Media Credentials at the Expo Communicataions Center.   Once Media Credentials are in hand (wrist band for admissions, name holder for your business card, Expo Pocket Map with Daily Agenda, Forums Schedule, and an Event Program) one should travel to the designated Media Parking Lot and enter Expo 2015 through the Main Gate.

Media Center:

Expo 2015 will provide a private area for Credentialed Media  to use as a workspace, appropriately named the Media Center. The Media Center for Expo 2015 will be located in T-Hangar #71, as marked on the 2015 Expo Field Layout. The Media Center will serve as the location for media representatives to conduct interviews and pick up exhibitor’s press releases. The area will provide electrical and WiFi service.

Golf Carts:

Media representatives with heavy gear, specifically TV crews, may obtain transportation support at the Media Center. The Expo will provide a limited number of golf carts for this purpose. The carts will be stationed at the Media Center and Check In/Check Out will take place there. Carts may not be removed from the designated Expo Field.   Golf carts will be available only from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., and must be promptly returned by 5:00 p.m. Failure to do so will cause the crew to be ineligible for further use of the cart. Be prepared to leave a driver’s license to obtain a cart.
