Volunteer for the Expo
We are seeking volunteers for the Annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo to be held January 14-17, 2015 at the Sebring Regional Airport. Our Annual Expo will be bigger and better than ever! The continued success of the Expo can be largely attributed to the special people who return each year to help. In fact, the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo is known throughout the aviation community for the “friendliness” of our dedicated volunteers.
There are many volunteer opportunities available such as driving a shuttle van, selling admission tickets, monitoring entrance/exit gates, directing attendees from the Information Booth, or simply smiling and answering questions in the Hospitality area. All volunteers receive a 4-Day Expo Event and Parking Pass. New volunteers to the Expo also receive a T-Shirt to wear when working during the event and their choice of a cap or a visor.
Expo Director Jana Filip will host the annual Call to Volunteers Meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at the Sebring Civic Center, beginning at 6 p.m. Filip said that the Call to Volunteers Meeting is like an annual family reunion. “It’s a time for all to get acquainted or reacquainted, receive Expo updates, introduce the 2015 Team Leaders, sign up for shifts to work at Expo 2015, and enjoy light snacks.”
Click the image below to download a copy of the 2015 Volunteer Registration Form. ALL volunteers must download and complete a Volunteer Form each year. Forms must be completed and returned to the Expo Office by email or mail no later than November 1st.
